Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Live Chat Agent / Appointment Setter to handle real-time communication with customers via live chat and support scheduling of appointments. This role combines customer service skills with strong organizational abilities to maintain an exceptional experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries through live chat, email, and
messaging platforms
Assist customers with information about products, services,
pricing, and policies
Schedule and confirm appointments via online calendars and CRM
tools
Follow up on leads and guide potential clients through the sales or
booking process
Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and product
knowledge
Record customer interactions and appointment details accurately
Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when needed
Meet daily/weekly performance goals (response time, appointment
targets, etc.)
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Post-secondary is a plus)
1+ year of customer service, call center, or virtual assistant
experience
Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced online environment
Proficiency in live chat tools (e.g., Intercom, LiveChat, Zendesk)
and CRM systems
Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional remote
workspace (for remote roles)
