Your Role in Customer Care:
Be the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and Instagram.
Provide support to lenders and renters, escalating issues as needed.
Enhance our Instagram customer service and manage community engagement.
Your Role in Logistics:
Coordinate deliveries with logistics partners for smooth and timely order fulfillment.
Manage order bookings, scheduling, and tracking.
Oversee our try-on service, facilitating communication between lenders & renters.
Handle dry-cleaning logistics and ensure clear communication.
Your Role in General Administration:
Fashion and product research
Assist with data entry, research, and daily administrative tasks.
Support product uploads and scheduling activities.
