Are you ready to apply your customer service and admin expertise to make a meaningful impact in the sustainable fashion industry? We're looking for a dedicated individual to help ensure seamless order deliveries and provide excellent support to our fashion community of lenders and renters.

Your Role in Customer Care:

  • Be the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and Instagram.

  • Provide support to lenders and renters, escalating issues as needed.

  • Enhance our Instagram customer service and manage community engagement.


Your Role in Logistics:

  • Coordinate deliveries with logistics partners for smooth and timely order fulfillment.

  • Manage order bookings, scheduling, and tracking.

  • Oversee our try-on service, facilitating communication between lenders & renters.

  • Handle dry-cleaning logistics and ensure clear communication.

 

Your Role in General Administration:

  • Fashion and product research

  • Assist with data entry, research, and daily administrative tasks.

  • Support product uploads and scheduling activities.

  •
