Role Description

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Customer Experience and Customer Service Representatives practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or a related field are a plus
• Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred
