Pay: $52,000 – $72,000 per year (based on experience)

Myles Truck Repair, a family-owned business known for high-quality service and customer satisfaction, is growing—and we’re looking for a dedicated Diesel Repair Service Manager to oversee our operations and lead our skilled team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing daily operations of the repair shop

• Supervising and coordinating repair technicians to ensure quality work

• Handling customer inquiries, estimates, and repair process explanations

• Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient work environment

• Troubleshooting and resolving operational issues quickly

• Ensuring safety and compliance standards are met

• Promoting a positive, collaborative team culture

• Monitoring inventory levels and placing orders when necessary

• Providing leadership, coaching, and development to team members

What We’re Looking For

• Hands-on diesel truck repair experience (required)

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication skills with both customers and staff

• Ability to manage operations and lead a team effectively

• Strong work ethic and commitment to growing with the company

• Prior management or supervisory experience in a repair shop is a plus
