Outside Sales Representative – Environmental &
Industrial Services
Location: Winder, GA
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
(Flexibility required based on client needs)
Compensation: $1,000/week guaranteed for the first
4 weeks, then $500/week guaranteed + 5%
commission on all sales
Mileage Reimbursement: $0.70/mile

regulatory compliance.
Position Summary:
We’re seeking a motivated Outside Sales
Representative with experience in environmental or
industrial services. You’ll be responsible for identifying new
opportunities, building relationships with clients, and helping
companies respond to unexpected environmental events or plan for
routine maintenance and cleanup projects. You must be confident
working in the field and knowledgeable about real-world
environmental service needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect for new business through cold calls, referrals, job
site visits, and networking
- Meet with clients to assess needs and offer solutions such as
spill cleanup, soil removal, hazardous waste handling, and site
remediation
- Prepare service proposals, estimates, and bids tailored to
specific job types
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with facilities,
municipalities, contractors, and environmental consultants
- Coordinate with field crews and project managers to ensure
quality service delivery
- Log sales activity in CRM and provide regular updates to
management
- Attend safety meetings, project walkthroughs, and relevant
industry events
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in environmental
services, industrial cleaning, hazmat handling, or similar
service-based industries
- Strong knowledge of services like: spill cleanup, site
remediation, contaminated soil removal, confined space projects,
and environmental waste disposal
- Previous success in outside sales or account management
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to travel locally and regionally (occasional
overnight travel may be needed)
HAZWOPER certification is a plus, but not
required.Compensation & Perks:
- $1,000/week guaranteed for the first 4 weeks
(onboarding & ramp-up period)
- $500/week guaranteed base thereafter +
5% commission on all closed sales
- $0.70/mile mileage reimbursement for all
travel related to sales activity
