Full-Time | 8 AM – 5 PM, Monday – Friday
$25 – $35/HR (Based on Experience)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Performing professional-grade body work on big rigs—including prep, paint, welding, fiberglass, and frame repair
• Taking ownership of each job—from assessing damage to executing repairs with little oversight
• Keeping quality front and center—we don’t cut corners, and neither do you
• Working with a supportive team that respects your skills and your time
• Using shop-supplied, state-of-the-art tools and equipment to get the job done right

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience in heavy-duty body repair and refinishing
• Proven skills in painting, prepping, welding, fiberglass, and frame correction
• A self-sufficient, motivated mindset—we’re looking for someone who can jump in and get to work
• Confidence working independently and making smart decisions on the fly
• Pride in quality work and a serious eye for detail
