On-Site Wrecker Service Dispatcher – Be the Nerve Center of a Fast-Paced Operation
Location: On-Site | Full-Time | Thursdays 12 PM - 6 PM, Friday - Sunday 6 AM - 6 PM (40 Hrs)
$14.00 – $18.00 per hour (Based on Experience)

We’re looking for an experienced dispatcher to help run the show and make sure every call is handled efficiently and professionally. Whether it’s directing the right wrecker to a roadside emergency or resolving customer concerns, you’ll be the heartbeat of our operation.

What You’ll Be Doing
✔ Dispatch wrecker services based on customer needs and vehicle types
✔ Take and process calls quickly, accurately gathering details and calculating mileage and pricing
✔ Communicate effectively with drivers and customers alike
✔ Handle complaints calmly and professionally
✔ Maintain detailed records and route logs

What We’re Looking For
Previous dispatch experience (Towing industry preferred)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Capable of mileage mapping, pricing calls, and assigning the correct equipment
Dependable, solution-oriented, and detail-driven

Work Schedule
Thursdays 12 PM - 6 PM, Friday - Sunday 6 AM - 6 PM
Includes a 1-hour unpaid lunch break
40 hours/week expected
