MosierData is hiring a Versatile Growth Assistant—a unique blend of marketing execution and executive support. You’ll work directly with the founder to manage tasks behind the scenes, drive forward important marketing initiatives, and help the business grow. It’s a role that will grow with you — both in hours and responsibility.

This is not your average VA job. You won’t just be checking boxes—you’ll be helping build the machine.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Execution

  • Engage with inbound leads daily on Facebook and LinkedIn

  • Respond to messages, comments, and basic email inquiries

  • Upload, tag, clean, and manage contact data in GoHighLevel CRM

  • Trigger email/SMS follow-up campaigns

  • Collect testimonials and help repurpose them into marketing content

  • Assist with video editing, e-book formatting, and marketing-related tasks (training/tools provided)

  • Conduct research on tools, strategies, technologies, or competitors as needed

Executive & Admin Support

  • Own the founder’s calendar: schedule, confirm, and optimize meetings

  • Review the 6-week calendar horizon for potential conflicts or gaps

  • Manage inboxes daily: flag, file, reply using templates

  • Coordinate light travel logistics occasionally

  • Draft meeting agendas or follow-up notes

  • Publish courses, moderate community, and support basic CRM automations

Other General Marketing & AI Tasks 

  • Create basic graphics in Canva or update blog/landing pages in WordPress

  • Repurpose content into social media posts

  • Test marketing funnels (check links, typos, logic) before going live

  • Become a power user in AI tools (training provided)

  • Other duties as appropriate and needed to support company operations

You’re a Great Fit If You:

  • Write and speak fluent English

  • Are dependable, process-driven, and great at following through

  • Love checklists, organization, and improving systems

  • Can juggle multiple tasks and switch gears without drama

  • Are comfortable using tech and learning new tools quickly

  • Are available Monday to Friday during US Eastern business hours (9AM–5PM) for at least 4 hours/day

  • Have a quiet place to work and participate in video calls

  • Have a reliable, high-speed internet connection

Compensation & Schedule

  • Hourly Rate: USD $8.00–$10.00/hour (based on experience and ability)

  • Part-Time: 4 hours/day to start

  • Full-Time: 7 hours/day as role expands

  • Pay: Biweekly via international bank transfer

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday during US Eastern business hours (at least 4-hour overlap required)
