About the Role
QUANTUM is excited to partner with a leading finance company to
place an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner.
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will collaborate with business leaders and hiring managers on the recruitment and selection of candidates for open positions across the company, while proactively sourcing for future staffing needs. This role handles complex positions such as sales, IT, and management, and manages a high volume of recruitment opportunities. You’ll attract, source, and recommend top talent, ensure effective workflows from screening to onboarding, and provide strategic guidance to hiring managers.
What You’ll Do
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, selection, and onboarding
Work independently to handle a diverse and high-volume requisition load
Proactively source and network to build strong talent pipelines for current and future needs
Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers as a trusted advisor
Manage intake of new requisitions, review job details, and ensure accuracy
Oversee ATS data integrity and reporting; ensure compliance with processes
Coordinate and manage the offer process including negotiations and communication
Collaborate with HR partners and shared services to support hiring initiatives
Participate in process improvement projects to enhance recruiting efficiency
Track, analyze, and report recruiting metrics and provide staffing updates
Maintain strong knowledge of company business objectives and talent needs
Model the company’s values and demonstrate high ethical and professional standards
What We’re Looking For
Education: Bachelor’s degree required (or equivalent experience with High School diploma/GED)
Experience:
7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including roles across multiple disciplines and levels
Experience with Sales and Technology positions; financial services or mortgage industry preferred
Strong project management skills with experience in process improvement initiatives
Skills & Expertise:
Advanced sourcing and headhunting ability
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Knowledge of federal/state employment laws and compliance standards
Proficiency with ATS platforms (UltiPro/UKG preferred) and online recruiting tools
Ability to manage high volume and complexity in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
