About the Role
QUANTUM is excited to partner with a leading financial services organization to place an experienced HRIS Analyst.

As an HRIS Analyst, you will provide functional and technical support for the company’s HR technology systems. This role focuses on implementing new features, resolving issues, ensuring data integrity, and supporting end-users. You will participate in system projects, gather and document requirements, configure systems, execute testing, and deliver user training. Additionally, you’ll play a key role in developing reports, enhancing processes, and ensuring the HR technology environment continuously evolves to meet business needs.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide day-to-day support for HR technology platforms, assisting end-users with navigation, troubleshooting, and training

  • Maintain system integrity through process review, security administration, and audits

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for HR technology projects, including data validation, audits, and requirements gathering

  • Configure systems to meet business requirements and support new feature implementations

  • Develop functional design documents and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

  • Lead small to medium-sized projects, including requirements gathering, system configuration, and deployment support

  • Build complex reports for HR and other business stakeholders

  • Collaborate with IT, Finance, and other teams on integrations and system enhancements

  • Provide analytical support for ad-hoc reporting and special projects

  • Ensure compliance and mitigate risks by aligning with company policies and control processes

What We’re Looking For

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience

  • Experience:

    • Minimum 5 years of HR technology experience in an enterprise environment

    • Proven experience with Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion) (required)

    • Knowledge of ADP systems is a plus

  • Skills & Expertise:

    • Strong knowledge of HR, Payroll, and Reporting systems

    • Advanced Excel skills (v-lookup, pivot tables, charts, macros)

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all organizational levels

    • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment

    • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and technical skills
