Respiratory Care Practitioner

About the Role
QUANTUM is excited to partner with a leading healthcare organization to place an experienced Respiratory Therapist.

As a Respiratory Therapist, you will provide care to patients requiring oxygen therapy, BiPAP, ventilation support, and various treatments for both adult and pediatric populations. You will assess patients, recommend treatment courses to practitioners as needed, and support overall respiratory care initiatives.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver respiratory care to patients requiring oxygen therapy, BiPAP, ventilation, and other treatments

• Assess patient condition and make recommendations to practitioners regarding treatment plans

• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care

• Maintain accurate documentation of treatments, observations, and patient progress

• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and regulatory standards

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain licensure and clinical skills

What We’re Looking For

• Education & Licensure: Licensed Respiratory Therapist as required by state and federal regulations

• Experience: Prior experience providing respiratory care in a hospital or clinical setting preferred

• Skills & Expertise:

  • Strong assessment and patient care skills

  • Ability to work with adult and pediatric patients

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

  • Knowledge of respiratory therapy equipment and techniques

  • Attention to detail and adherence to clinical protocols
