Work Schedule

As an independent 1099 agent, you have the flexibility to create your own schedule. QUANTUM Virtual Workforce only asks that agents commit to a minimum of 40 hours per week, which you can schedule in the way that best fits your lifestyle and obligations.

Training

Daily training attendance is mandatory and will take place Monday – Friday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM EST. Training is structured in two phases:

  • Phase I: October 16, 2025 – November 5, 2025

  • Phase II: November 6, 2025 – November 13, 2025

Revenue Rates:

  • $7.64/hour during training

  • $11/hour during & after certification 

What You’ll Do

  • Engage with customers in Spanish and English, primarily through chat and email (phone support will be added shortly after program launch)

  • Provide assistance with registration, login issues, and account setup, ensuring each customer receives clear and accurate guidance

  • Deliver high-quality support for common concerns such as course codes, profile settings, product activation, and access errors

  • Troubleshoot technical and account-related issues using internal tools and reference materials

  • Use McGraw Hill’s support portals, documentation, and FAQs to resolve issues efficiently

  • Document all customer interactions thoroughly, including issue details, resolution steps, and any follow-up actions

  • A computer that meets the following specs:

    • Supported resolutions:

      • 2K Monitors: Up to 4 monitors (2560x1600 pixels max per monitor)

      • 4K Monitors: Up to 2 monitors (4096x2160 pixels max per monitor)

    • Memory: 8 GB minimum

    • Dual monitors required

    • Must be running the latest version of Windows 11, fully updated with no pending patches

  • Hardwired internet connection

  • Hardwired USB noise-canceling headset with phone-quality audio
