Work Schedule

As an independent 1099 agent, you have the flexibility to create your own schedule. QUANTUM Virtual Workforce only asks that agents commit to a minimum of 40 hours per week, which you can schedule in the way that best fits your lifestyle and obligations.

MSC has hours available Monday - Friday 9am to 6pm EST (Agents must work at least 3 hours on Mondays)

Training

Daily training attendance is mandatory and will take place Monday – Friday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM EST. Training is structured in two phases:

  • Phase I: September 22, 2025 - October 10, 2025

  • Phase II: October 14, 2025 - October 15, 2025 *No class on October 13th*

Pay Rate

  • $10/hour, paid every Friday after certification is complete

What You’ll Do

  • Speak Spanish fluently and pass a Spanish-language assessment.

  • Respond to general inquiries regarding cruise options and services.

  • Describe booking options and guide customers through the process.

  • Explain the billing process and payment options.

  • Accept and process requests for informational materials.

  • Research and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.

  • Answer billing clarification questions.

  • Transfer calls to Post-Client Customer Service when needed.

  • Provide additional services as required by the client.

  • Strong knowledge of geography to assist with cruise destinations.

  • Delivering friendly, knowledgeable, and eloquent customer service at all times.

  • A positive, professional attitude

  • A quiet, distraction-free work environment suitable for remote work

  • A computer that meets the following specs:

    • Operating System: Most recent version of Windows 11, fully updated (no pending updates).

    • Headset: USB noise-cancelling headset with phone-quality audio (required for training and servicing).

    • Wireless headsets are not supported.

    • Browser: Google Chrome, version 77 or higher.

    • .NET Framework: Version 3.5 or higher.

    • Dual Monitors: Recommended (not required) for optimal productivity.
