About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Recruiting Coordinator to join a global professional services firm. This is a 6-month contract role with the potential to convert to full-time. The position is based in Chicago, IL (hybrid schedule).

As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the North American Experienced Hire Recruiting team, which manages recruiting efforts across the United States, Mexico, Canada, and Brazil. You’ll serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing exceptional communication and ensuring a smooth, professional recruitment experience. This position is ideal for someone with strong coordination skills who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments.

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare and process offer letters for temporary and permanent hires through Workday.

  • Coordinate a high volume of interviews and logistics, including video conferences, office visits, phone screens, and debrief meetings.

  • Manage CV tracking, scheduling, and candidate documentation.

  • Provide timely, professional communication to candidates and hiring teams.

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with recruiters, candidates, and business leaders across multiple time zones.

  • Support special recruiting projects and assist with other duties as needed.

What We’re Looking For

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree required (or equivalent experience).

Experience:

  • 1–3 years of experience supporting a recruiting team or working as an executive assistant in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

  • Experience in management consulting, financial services, or professional services industries is a plus.

Skills & Expertise:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Workday.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a collaborative approach.

  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
