The Graphic Designer plays a key role in bringing creative concepts to life, producing a wide range of visual deliverables for our clients. This role supports the development and preparation of design packages, presentations, and marketing collateral while maintaining company brand standards. Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite-particularly in InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop- is required to prepare design packages, presentations, and digital marketing assets. A strong eye for detail, an ability to work independently, and a talent of balancing multiple projects on deadline are essential success in this role. The Graphic Designer contributes to both internal and client-facing deliverables, ensuring consistent and professional visual presentations across projects.

Reports to Creative Studio Director

Responsibilities & Duties

·        Prepare quality concept presentations, design packages, and marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite

·        Develop templates, layouts, and booklets in InDesign to support project deliverables

·        Edit and enhance renderings, photographs, and digital assets in Photoshop

·        Create and manipulate vector artwork in Illustrator

·        Produce hand sketches and layouts for presentations as needed

·        Curate photo libraries, mood boards, and reference image sheets

·        Interpret sketches, notes, and direction to create polished design deliverables

·        Coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers on project related content

·        Perform post-production edits to enhance 3D renderings

·        Maintain and apply company design standards across all deliverables

·        Recommend updates or refinements to brand standards when appropriate

·        Manage multiple deadlines and prioritize competing tasks effectively

Required Qualifications & Skills

·        1-3 years of experience in graphic design or equivalent portfolio demonstrating required skills

·        Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)

·        Basic drawing and sketching ability to showcase and present ideas

·        Ability to think creatively and translate ideas into design concepts

·        Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

·        Deadline-oriented with experience managing multiple tasks

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

·        Basic working knowledge of AutoCAD

·        Basic working knowledge of 3D Modelling Software (3D Studio Max, Maya, Blender, etc.)

·        Experience with Microsoft Office 365, Adobe products, Bluebeam, Online project management software, etc.)
