Framework Talent
Advisory is partnering with an iconic brand
entering an exciting
new era. Recently spun off from a larger
holding group, the brand is now independently owned by
its leadership team - entrepreneurs with a proven track record of revitalizing legacy
companies for the digital
age.
The team
is investing
in every aspect of the business: modernizing the technology, improving the
infrastructure, and cultivating a flat, collaborative
culture where
good ideas
win, initiative is
rewarded, and talented people can make a real
impact.
We’re looking for a true
MacGyver: someone who loves technology,
thrives in ambiguity, and takes pride in solving problems
that don’t have a clear owner. This is
an onsite role in our NYC
office, supporting and improving
day-to-day operations across IT, SaaS applications, and general
business systems.
As our IT Guru,
you’ll
be helping us
upgrade and modernize our systems while supporting team members
through the transition. You’ll be the go-to person
for anything
tech-related, whether troubleshooting specialized
pattern printers and CAD software, integrating new SaaS tools into
our workflows, or helping onboard new teammates in
Justworks.
You’ll also play a key cultural
role as the friendly, resourceful
person who everyone trusts to bring clarity and calm to
technical challenges.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Managing onsite IT
infrastructure, including network, printers,
user hardware (Mac, Windows, and occasionally Linux), and office
systems, partnering with
all departments to
keep operations running smoothly
- Administering and optimizing SaaS tools such as Microsoft 365, Google
Workspace, RingCentral, Aircall,
Slack, HubSpot, and Justworks,
collaborating
with Finance
(billing/access), HR (employee data), and Marketing/Sales (CRM
integrations)
- Setting up and
onboarding
new employees
to ensure seamless day-one access
to systems and benefits. You’ll work closely with HR and Finance
to order
equipment, create user accounts, configure
permissions, and set our new hires up for
success.
- Integrating applications across
departments by connecting workflows for
Marketing, Sales,
Operations, and Design to underwrite data consistency and
automation across platforms
- Partnering with DevOps and
Engineering to coordinate deeper technical
needs, system integrations, and data security
initiatives
- Supporting the Executive Suite
with technical setup,
meeting logistics, and productivity tools to
ensure smooth leadership operations
- Troubleshooting fearlessly to resolve challenges spanning
hardware quirks, complex networking issues, and multi-system
integrations
- Championing culture and clarity
as the approachable
can-do
resource who
solves problems with empathy and helps everyone feel empowered and
supported
- Owning building
services; you’ll set up workstations,
manage access to the
office, and coordinate facility repairs or
maintenance when needed
- Documenting processes and
improvements to help the organization scale
efficiently and reduce redundancies
- A
hands’ on IT professional with experience diagnosing technical issues
and implementing software for a startup or tech-forward organization
- You can navigate Mac, Windows, and
Linux environments with
ease;
experience administering Windows Server a plus
- You have experience with cloud
computing systems (AWS preferred)
- You’re equally technical and
analytical, comfortable troubleshooting in
terminal or digging into data in Excel
- You have administered SAAS
solutions; experience with ecommerce
tools like ShipStation
or
BigCommerce a
bonus
- You love solving complex technical
riddles. You feel personal satisfaction
with a clean, elegant, structured solution that increases
efficiency and supports the team
- You thrive
in fast-moving, ambiguous
settings
where you’re trusted to make decisions and
have autonomy over your domain
- You
enjoy helping people
and earning their trust through competence and
follow-through
- You
have supported team members
through migrations
from older technologies to
new
solutions;
experience creating guides or leading trainings a
plus
- You’re structured, organized, curious, and take
ownership of
outcomes
