Work Schedule
As an independent 1099 agent, you have the flexibility to create your own schedule. QUANTUM Virtual Workforce only asks that agents commit to a minimum of 40 hours per week.

Available Intervals:

  • Monday – Friday: 24 hours a day

  • Saturday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST
    (4 hours required on Mondays)

Training
Daily training attendance is mandatory and will take place Monday – Friday from 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM EST.

Phase I: November 12, 2025 – December 9, 2025
Phase II: December 10, 2025 – December 23, 2025
No class on November 27 or 28

Pay Rate
$7.64/hour during training
$12/hour after certification

What You’ll Do

  • Handle inbound customer care calls in English and Spanish

  • Answer billing questions and process deferrals or installment plans

  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate plans

  • Retain customers by resolving concerns with empathy and efficiency

  • Maintain accurate records and ensure high satisfaction scores

What’s Expected from a Great Agent

  • Fluent in English and Spanish

  • Strong problem-solving and active-listening skills

  • Dependable, empathetic, and detail-oriented

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting

Requirements

  • Quiet, distraction-free workspace

  • Windows 11 PC (fully updated)

  • 8 GB RAM minimum

  • Dual monitors required

  • Hardwired internet connection

  • USB VoIP headset (no Bluetooth)
