Work Schedule
As an independent 1099 agent, you have the flexibility to create your own schedule. QUANTUM Virtual Workforce asks that agents commit to a minimum of 40 hours per week.

Available Intervals:
Daily: 4:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST
(Agents must commit to at least 4 hours on Mondays.)

Training
Daily training attendance is mandatory and will take place Monday – Friday.

Phase I: November 4, 2025 – December 1, 2025
Phase II: December 2, 2025 – December 11, 2025
No class on November 11, 27, or 28

Pay Rate
$7.64/hour during Phase I
$10/hour during Phase II and after certification

What You’ll Do

  • Assist members with transportation scheduling and trip coordination

  • Provide courteous and empathetic customer service

  • Troubleshoot transportation delays and communicate updates

  • Verify eligibility and ensure accurate record-keeping

  • Navigate multiple systems efficiently

Requirements

  • Quiet, distraction-free work environment

  • Windows 11 computer (fully updated)

  • 12 GB RAM minimum

  • Dual monitors required

  • Hardwired internet connection (30 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload)

  • USB noise-canceling headset (no Bluetooth)

  • Webcam required
