Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and driven professional to join our
team as a Client Servicing &
Business Development Specialist. The ideal candidate should have a
strong background in client
relationship management and the ability to identify, pitch, and
convert new business opportunities in
the event and experiential marketing space.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Servicing:
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring
seamless communication and
satisfaction
• Understand client briefs, interpret requirements, and collaborate
with internal teams to deliver
effective solutions
• Oversee project execution from start to finish, ensuring quality,
timelines, and budgets are
maintained
• Prepare and present client proposals, event plans, and post-event
reports
• Manage approvals, feedback loops, and overall client relationship
lifecycle
Business Development:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industries
and verticals
• Prepare tailored pitch decks, presentations, and cost
estimates
• Participate in industry networking events, exhibitions, and
meetings to generate leads
• Track and manage the business development pipeline through CRM or
internal tools
• Collaborate with the creative and production teams to build
innovative event solutions
Event-Specific Skills
• Knowledge of event planning, production processes, and on-ground
execution
• Understanding of budgets, costing, and vendor negotiations
• Familiarity with experiential marketing, BTL activations,
exhibitions, and corporate events
• Ability to brainstorm innovative concepts aligned with client
objectives
Skills & Qualifications:
• 5 years + of experience in Client Servicing, Business
Development, or Account Management
in the events/exhibitions/MICE industry
• Strong relationship-building and account management skills
• Negotiation and conflict resolution abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in preparing client presentations (PPT, Google
Slides)
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and work under pressure with
tight deadlines
• Knowledge of current trends in live experiences, activations, and
experiential marketing
• Strong interpersonal skills and a client-first attitude
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or
related field (preferred)
