What you’ll be doing

Be the first line of contact for our customers: answering
questions, helping them navigate the platform, and jumping in when
something goes wrong.

Join strategic conversations with our customers and make sure they
feel heard and supported.

Work closely with the product team to share customer insights and
help shape the future of our product.

Become a true product expert — you’re not afraid to dig into the
application, figure things out, and find solutions.

Fine-tune and configure our support tooling so we can provide a
top-notch customer experience.

Communicate clearly and confidently with customers — especially
when things get tricky.

Play a key role in our growth by making sure our customers are
happy, informed, and successful.
What we’re looking for

You have solid experience working with software tooling and you
love learning new things.

You know how to work with high-value customers and build strong,
trusted relationships.

You thrive in fast-moving environments and like taking
ownership.

Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch is a big
plus).
Bonus points

Experience in a B2B SaaS support or success role.

Familiarity with risk & compliance or related industries.

Dutch speaking skills.

platform offers fully integrated functionality for Business Process
Management, Risk and Compliance Management, and Audit. Its
action-oriented features support the risk management process,
complemented by automatic integrations with other systems. CERRIX
is valued for its strong user-friendliness, flexibility, and swift
implementations.
Our team
We’re a tight-knit crew of about 30
people, working together from our cozy office in The Hague (and
from a few home offices too). You’ll find developers, product
thinkers, and compliance experts all working side by side — sharing
ideas, coffee, and the occasional bad joke.
