Selection Process for
Freshers
- Will hire
as Intern / Trainee, for 30 Days.
- Will
provide basic training for subject / Instruments.
- After 30
Days, a basic test, inclination towards subject, learning speed
will decide if the same can be absorbed.
- Probation
period of 5 Months will start.
- After the
5th Month, the same will be absorbed, and an independent territory
will be assigned.
Location
Compensation (CTC)
- During
Intern: We will offer only Stipend which will depend
on the deliverables in the field as well in the
classroom.
- Upon
Probation: 20,000 INR/ Per Month, plus daily field
allowances.
- Upon
Confirmation (Based on Performance):
- Minimum
Starting 300,000 INR Per Year.
- Up to
12,00,000 INR Per Year.
