Nordic Nutrition is looking for an entrepreneurial Sales Manager that can scale B2B sales activities across the UAE

 

Nordic Nutrition is a newly established premium fitness supplement trading company based in Dubai. Our vision is to make the people in the Gulf region's lives healthier by providing top-quality fitness supplements. We are doing so by carefully sourcing and selecting the best tasting and cleanest products and by connecting health enthusiasts to our community-inspired website, www.nordnicnutrition.ae.

 

We are an early-stage startup that has already received overwhelming traction and is investor-backed. Since we launched in June 2022, we have established an extensive range of key B2B customers and affiliate partners while effectively executing B2C marketing operations with our e-commerce team. That means the candidate will not be starting from scratch ;-)

 

The ideal candidate has an entrepreneurial mindset and can see the benefits of becoming part of a start-up journey. The candidate will lead all B2B sales initiatives across the UAE, mainly targeting channels such as gyms, personal trainers, health, sports & spa clubs, hotels, events, etc. The candidate is good at nurturing relationships, is an experienced negotiator, and has flair for up- and cross-selling. Furthermore, it is expected that the candidate can handle daily operations and customer support for both B2C and B2B.

 

The role is highly flexible, and the candidate can work at preferred timings as long as the sales targets are met. We do not work from an office, meaning the candidate can work from anywhere, although the sales meetings will primarily take place in Dubai, and therefore it is vital that the candidate is working from the UAE.

 

We are strongly considering the candidates' traits and motivation for the role and we are not looking for talent potentials but talents that can create impact fast.

 

What we offer: Compensation is highly dependent on the candidate, who will get offered a performance-based salary and can potentially be offered a co-founder role. Fixed salary will be kept at a minimum. Equity on favorable terms can be part of the remuneration package.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all B2B sales activities.
  • Create long-term B2B customers.
  • Handle daily operations.
  • Customer support for B2B and B2C.
  • Build a CRM system and manage and maintain existing customers.
  • Source and onboard new affiliate partners and guide existing ones.
  • Spot new customer demands and quantify them.
  • Collaborate with the e-commerce team, e.g., on seasonal campaigns.
  • Conduct B2B sales foresting.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in business development, sales, or other relevant degrees.
  • At least three years of B2B sales/business development experience.
  • Familiar and interested in fitness supplement products and/or sports nutrition.
  • Passionate about creating significant sales results.
  • Is entrepreneurial by heart.
  • Fluent in oral and written English.

 

Preferred (not a must):

  • Startup founder experience.
  • Professional experience in the UAE.
  • Arabic speaker.
  • Self-providing Emirates ID and/or health insurance.
  • UAE driving license and car.
  • An extensive network in the fitness/sports industry in the UAE.
  • Experience in sales forecasting and/or supply chain management.
