Job Title: Community and Enrollment
Manager
Reports to: Chief Impact Officer
Location: Cleveland, Ohio
Salary Range: $50,000 - $80,000
Role Summary
The Community and Enrollment Manager is responsible for driving
enrollment growth, supporting family retention, and strengthening
community partnerships across our network of Catholic schools.
Serving as both a strategist and a hands-on implementer, this role
will design and execute community-based enrollment strategies, lead
family-facing events, and champion our schools as welcoming,
faith-filled communities. The Community and Enrollment Manager
works closely with school operations leaders and network leaders to
ensure enrollment systems, practices, and experiences reflect
excellence, consistency, and hospitality. This role is ideal for
someone who is people-centered, highly organized, and motivated by
the mission of providing Catholic education to as many students as
possible.
Key Responsibilities
Enrollment & Retention
- Lead new student enrollment and re-enrollment efforts across
the network, ensuring schools meet or exceed annual enrollment
goals.
- Partner with school leaders to implement enrollment best
practices and manage family onboarding with warmth and
professionalism.
- Monitor retention and attrition data, identify trends, and
collaborate with school teams to strengthen family engagement and
satisfaction.
- Support use of enrollment systems (e.g., Finalsite, with the
Director of School Support-Operations) to ensure clean data,
consistent reporting, and a positive family experience
Community Engagement & Outreach
- Design and implement intentional community-based enrollment
strategies tailored to each school’s neighborhood context.
- Build and maintain partnerships with local organizations,
parishes, and early childhood providers to expand enrollment
pipelines.
- Plan and execute school- and network-level recruitment events,
including open houses, community festivals, and pop-up engagement
opportunities.
- Serve as an evangelist for Catholic education by engaging
directly with families, sharing the value of our schools, and
fostering trust in our communities.
Marketing & Storytelling
- Collaborate with the VP of Communications to align enrollment
and marketing efforts, including canvassing campaigns, digital
outreach, and print materials.
- Lead implementation of the network’s marketing campaign,
ensuring messaging is consistent and impactful across schools.
- Capture and highlight best practices, success stories, and
great moments from each school to strengthen brand identity and
attract new families.
Cross-School & Team Collaboration
- Work strategically with the Regional Director of School
Operations and the Director of School Support Operations on
enrollment and community engagement strategies.
- Co-lead projects with the Operations Project Lead to ensure
enrollment and community priorities are supported across
schools.
- Provide targeted, short-term in-school support during
high-priority times (e.g., back-to-school, testing, large
events).
- Share learnings, tools, and effective practices across the
network to strengthen school-level enrollment systems.
Attendance & Chronic Absenteeism
- Lead network-wide initiatives to improve student attendance and
reduce chronic absenteeism, working in close partnership with
school operations leaders.
- Collaborate with the Director of School Support-Operations to
monitor and strategically plan from attendance data
- Monitor attendance data across schools, identify patterns or
risk factors, and recommend proactive interventions to support
students and families.
- Develop and implement family-facing communications, incentives,
and supports to encourage strong attendance habits from the start
of the school year.
- Share best practices, tools, and strategies with schools to
build sustainable attendance-improvement systems.

Qualifications
- Strong commitment to the mission and values of Catholic
education.
- Proven experience in enrollment, community engagement, or
marketing (school-based experience preferred).
- Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to
connect authentically with families and community partners.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to
manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable working in schools and neighborhoods, including
evenings and weekends for family and community events.
- Flexibility to travel between schools across Cleveland.
