Job Title: Factory Worker

Responsibilities:

• Machine Operation: Operate and monitor machinery in accordance with safety and production guidelines. 
• Equipment Handling: Safely handle tools and equipment for various production processes. 
• Production Support: Assist in different stages of the production process, ensuring efficiency and quality output.
• Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and report issues to supervisors for resolution. 
• Material Handling: Move raw materials, finished goods, and components using appropriate equipment. 
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols, use personal protective equipment, and participate in safety training. 
• Cleaning and Maintenance: Keep work areas clean and organized, and perform routine maintenance on machines as needed. 
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively to ensure smooth production flow.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No specific prior experience is required; on-the-job training is provided.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and lift or move moderate weights.
• Good communication skills and a strong work ethic.
