Job Title: Production Supervisor, Food Technology

Location: Obada, Abeokuta

Experience: 1-3 years

Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Supervise and lead production teams in daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to quality standards. 
• Process Monitoring: Oversee production processes, identifying and resolving issues to maintain optimal efficiency and output.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality control measures, ensuring products meet regulatory and company standards.
• Training and Development: Provide guidance and training to production staff, fostering skill development and a culture of continuous improvement.
• Inventory Control: Monitor and manage inventory levels, coordinate with procurement for raw material supply, and ensure timely production.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols, conduct regular safety meetings, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. 
• Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, conveying production updates, challenges, and opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in food science, engineering, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a production supervisory role within the food technology industry.
• Knowledge of food processing technologies and quality assurance standards.
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
