Job Title: Production Manager, Food Technology

Responsibilities:

• Production Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations in food production, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards. 
• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate production teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. 
• Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements in production processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs. 
• Quality Assurance: Monitor and enforce quality control measures to meet regulatory and company standards. 
• Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, procurement of raw materials, and coordination with suppliers to maintain sufficient stock. 
• Safety Compliance: Ensure a safe working environment, adherence to safety protocols, and compliance with relevant regulations. 
• Budget Monitoring: Assist in budget planning and monitor expenditures to ensure cost-effectiveness. 
• Reporting: Generate regular reports on production metrics, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency gains. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in food science, engineering, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in a production management role within the food technology industry.
• Knowledge of food processing technologies and quality assurance standards.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
