We are looking for a Remote Live Chat Agent to
assist customers with inquiries, bookings, and support through
online chat. You will provide prompt and friendly service while
handling multiple conversations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely
manner.
- Assist guests with reservations, cancellations, and
modifications.
- Provide information on hotel services, promotions, and
policies.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate when needed.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and
transactions.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or chat
support is a plus.
- Strong written communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple chats at once.
- Basic knowledge of hotel booking systems is a bonus.
- Availability for flexible shifts, including weekends and
holidays.
